Why Companies Choose Corporate Tennis Teams
Corporate tennis teams create natural opportunities for employees to connect, compete, and celebrate together while getting exercise that reduces healthcare costs and stress levels. Instead of another wellness program that feels like work, you're giving employees something they look forward to each week.
Genuine Employee Connections
Unlike surface-level team-building activities, competing together in a league format builds lasting relationships. Employees naturally collaborate and support each other when they're working toward shared victories, and these bonds strengthen workplace collaboration.
Measurable Wellness ROI
Corporate tennis delivers documented health benefits: playing just 3 hours per week reduces cardiovascular disease risk by 56% (2016 Harvard University study), significant stress reduction, and 580-870 calories burned per session (Oja, et al, British Journal of Sports Medicine, 2016). These aren't feel-good metrics—they're health improvements that can positively impact productivity and healthcare costs.
Retention Through Belonging
When employees feel connected to colleagues through shared experiences outside work, they're significantly more likely to stay with your company. Tennis teams create the kind of workplace culture that top talent seeks and competitors struggle to replicate.
Registration benefits
New team captains receive a free Wilson tennis racquet ($200 value). Winning teams advance to the Regional and National Championship with entry fees paid for by the league (up to $800 value). Up to 10 players recieve custom branded Impact Team Tennis tee shirts featuring their company logo.
We've Made It Easy for Every Organization to Play
Whether you're a private company boosting employee morale, a nonprofit strengthening team culture, or a government agency building collaboration—everyone wins when teams compete together.
