We are reaching out to invite you to take part in an afternoon celebration of women in sports on Saturday, September 7th in partnership with Events DC, City Swing and Heineken at The Wharf.
We’ll be showcasing women athletes and getting future generations involved in sports with a focus on tennis and golf. City Swing will be creating a golf themed experience on District Pier and Transit Pier will be devoted to all thing’s tennis. We’ll be showing the Women’s US Open Final on a jumbotron screen and bringing in tennis focused activities.
If interested in volunteering, WATA is going to have a booth at this event.
